Temburu with Catfish Stew

Steps

Wash, clean the fish and place in a clean pot. Add salt, cubes, fresh pepper, onions, turmeric, and steam properly

Wash, blend the fresh pepper, tomatoes, ginger and garlic. Boil it until the water is dry completely.

Add red oil to the boiled pepper and tomatoes. Add the steamed fish and allow to boil. Add curry, thyme, spice, salt and cubes. Allow to boil. Add the scent leaf and remove. Keep aside

Peel, wash and add the yam to boiling water to cook. Peel, wash and add the ripe plantain to the yam. Add salt and allow to cook till tender.

Wash the mortar, add salt and grinded crayfish. Add the boiled ripe plantain and pound till smooth. Add the boiled yam and pound together mixing it properly

Add oil to the pounded yam, plantain and mix properly together.

Serve the Temburu with the freshly made catfish peppersoup
