Ingredients

1.1 lbssalmon (about 500 grams)
2 tablespoonsoil
Sauce:
1 tablespoonmustard
1/2 teaspoonhoney
salt, pepper, thyme

Steps

Place the salmon in a lightly oiled baking dish (or better yet, use parchment paper underneath).

In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients.

Brush the salmon with the sauce and place the dish in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
