  • Fish fillet
  • Garlic paste
  • Onion powder
  • Chili flakes
  • to tasteSalt
  • Maggi
  • Olive oil
  • Curry powder
  • Ginger paste
  • Bread crumbs
  • Flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate your fish fillet with Garlic, ginger, Curry, maggi, Salt, onion powder, maggi and chili powder for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Remove your fish fillet and put it in flour, flip both sides. Repeat the process in egg and bread crumbs.

    Deep fry for about 5 minutes.
