Clean your berries... Remove the stems from the strawberry

Add all the berries, sugar, and water....let it simmer till all the sugar dissolves and the berries soften

Mix a little water with the cornstarch and add it to the simmering sauce

Let it simmer for a few more minutes. Turn off the heat.

Store your filling in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks

Use it as you layer your cakes, or add it to your pancakes
