Ingredients

  • as neededcooking oil
  • 1 tspjeera / cumin
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 250 gmsmall sized karela / bittergourd
  • as neededsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a cooking pan and add jeera

  2. 2

    Cut karela from middle and add in the pan

  3. 3

    Add salt, coriander powder and chilli powder over the karela,and cook untill it become soft.

  4. 4

    Masala karela is ready to eat. Sprinkle drop of lemon for more taste
