Ingredients

  1. 500 gramschicken
  2. 2Potatoes
  3. 1 cupchopped onion
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 cuptomato puree
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  8. To tastesalt and sugar
  9. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry the onion and ginger garlic paste

  3. 3

    Add red chilli Powder and tomato

  4. 4

    Now make a paste of it and saute the chicken with salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add the paste and saute well till it is soft

  6. 6

    Add Potatoes and mix pouring warm water

  7. 7

    Add sugar and garam masala powder and serve
