Steps

Wash the potatoes & peel them.

Now take a heavy pan & add 5 cups of water.

Once the water boiling.

Add potatoes & allow to simmer on a low flame till they are almost done but not soft & squishy.

In a bowl, mix together garlic, red chilli, salt, corn flour & mix well.

Keep aside for 3-5 min.

Now add the potatoes & toss well so that the mixer completely coats them.

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame & deep fry the potatoes till they are crispy.

Drain excess oil and place them on an absorbent paper.

Now heat a little oil add chopped garlic, sesame seeds, vinegar & tomato sauce & cook for a min. & turn of the heat.

Add honey seasonings onion shallots & pour over the potatoes.

Toss well.

Serve the honey Chilli Potato.
