Ingredients

  1. Green pepper-hoho
  2. 1egg
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. Cooking oil
  6. Soy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil and onions and let them sauté abit.

  2. 2

    Add the hoho and tomatoes let them cook abit.

  3. 3

    Add a few drops of the soy sauce.

  4. 4

    Add the egg and stir. Cook till well done to your liking

  5. 5

    Serve with left over rice.

  6. 6

    Enjoy
