Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpotatoes peeled n washed
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 3/4beef cut into small pieces
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tspPaprika
  • 1 tbspginger/garlic paste
  • 1onion
  • Salt
  • 1 tspCayenne pepper
  • 3large tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the cleaned peeled potatoes into desired shapes.

  2. 2

    Soak the potatoes in water with vinegar for 1hr.

  3. 3

    Prepare the beef n cook with the spices till ready. Ensure there's a little gravy. Set aside

  4. 4

    Drain water from the potatoes n pat dry with paper towel

  5. 5

    Heat the oil in a pan n fry the potatoes in batches.

    Return the beef stew on heat and mix inn the potato chips. Enjoy
