  • Pitted Black olives
  • Artichokes
  • Roma Tomatoes
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Red wine vinger
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice and dice all your vegetables and cheese to your likening.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add 2 to 1 olive oil and red wine vinegar. Squeeze in lemon salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Toss salad with vinaigrette. Only left to do is Plate and enjoy!!!
