Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsChopper Fenugreek (methi) leaves
  2. 1/2 cupGreen peas
  3. 1tomatoe medium sized finely chopped
  4. 2 tspsOil
  5. 1 1/2 tbspnFresh cream
  6. 1/2 tspnGaram masala
  7. 1 tspn(optional)Red chilli powder
  8. Salt and sugar as per taste
  9. 1 tspCumin seeds
  10. 1-2Cardamom
  11. 3-4Black pepper
  12. *to be grind in paste
  13. 1large onion
  14. 2-3green chillies
  15. 2 tbspnSoaked Cashews
  16. 1-1 tspnGinger- garlic
  17. *For garnishing
  18. Cheese
  19. Cherry
  20. Pomegranate
  21. Cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a paste of onion, cashews, green chillies, ginger garlic by using some Water.

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil, add cumin seeds, cardamom, black pepper in it. Add paste which we grind and saute it for few mins add chopped tomatoees in it and saute again

  3. 3

    Add rest spices in it and when oil started realse add Fenugreek leaves, and peas in it,mix it well.

  4. 4

    Finally add cream in it and cook for 10 mins. Methi matar malai is ready.Garnish it with grated cheese, and cream.

    Serve hot with roti or naan
