Steps

Make a paste of onion, cashews, green chillies, ginger garlic by using some Water.

In a pan heat oil, add cumin seeds, cardamom, black pepper in it. Add paste which we grind and saute it for few mins add chopped tomatoees in it and saute again

Add rest spices in it and when oil started realse add Fenugreek leaves, and peas in it,mix it well.

Finally add cream in it and cook for 10 mins. Methi matar malai is ready.Garnish it with grated cheese, and cream.

Serve hot with roti or naan
