Take heavy bottom pan put milk and boil it Till milk gets thick in consistency

Now take a bowl put corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder and add little amount of milk and stir it

Now add this mixture in milk and add butter, milk powder and stir continuously and cook on low flame till mixture get thick

Now switch off the flame and cool it

Take a try or plate and cover it with clean wrap and pour milk mixture and chill in refrigerator for 2-3hour

After 3 hours remove the mixture from the refrigerator and cut it in long pieces

In a bowl put 1 tbsp Corn Flour and add water to make batter

Now add chilli flex pepper powder, chat masala and pinch of salt and mix well

Now dip milk pieces in corn flour batter and coat them in bread crumbs and fry them carefully till they are golden brown in colour.

Milk paida is ready

Enjoy with chutney or sause
