Ingredients

  • 2 kggrated halva
  • To tastesugar
  • 100 gmkhoya
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1 glassmilk
  • 2 pinchcardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a wok add ghee, roast carrot, add 1 glass milk, cover it cook it.When carrot will be soft add khoya and sugar.

    Add cardamom powder mix it.

    Gajar halva is ready.
