  • 750 gmDudhi / bottle gourd
  • 1 litreMilk
  • 500 gmSugar
  • Dry fruits as per u r taste
  • Elaichi / cardamon powder
  • 4 tspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Method : grate dudhi take a pan put ghee add dudhi let it cook for 5 min then add milk and sugar and let it cook till it leaves ghee at side and at last add elaichi powder. Then set in a plate garnish with dry fruits.
