Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. 6 cupshot water
  3. 2 spoonspilau mix
  4. 1green pepper
  5. 1big onion
  6. 4tomatoes
  7. 1 spoonGinger powder
  8. Garlic when mushed
  9. Halfkg of meat
  10. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Collect all you spices

  2. 2

    Slice you onion and pepper, add oil and cook them till brown colour appears

  3. 3

    Add you boiled meet,stir

  4. 4

    Add you spices,garlic,ginger and pilau mix.

  5. 5

    Wash you rice then add it you mixture,, stir till there all mix.

  6. 6

    Add you boiled water,and cover it with led,,cook with low heat

  7. 7

    Serve with kachumbari
