1whole snoek fillited(cut it in your desired size)
2 cupsflour
4eggs
4 tablespoonspice for fish
1 tablespoonparsley, dried
2 tablespoonmilk
As neededOil, frying

Season your fish with a quarter amount (1 tablespoon) spice for fish

Mix your milk with eggs and whisk, and put in your parsley and the remaining spice for fish

Heat oil in deep pot. Dip fish into the egg mixture and then coat flour. Deep fry fish.
