Crazy Rice Asian / Nasi Gila

Okay, a bit of fun pun on the title 😆 I got the recipe from chef Wilgoz on Youtube and that's how he calls this dish.

The original dish is actually called 'nasi gila' or literally means 'crazy rice' it is called so because of the ingredients and the big portion that you get.

Usually sold as street food or also usually sold at campus' canteen, cheap but still nutritious and it is suitable for broke college students 😆

Hope you like it!
