Heat oil in a wok add spices and saute it now add mashed potatoes and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

Put maida,salt,ajwain and water in a mixing bowl knead a dough.

Make balls with the dough.roll the roti cut into 2 pieces

Fill potato mixture,bind the edges with the water.

Add in hot oil and deep fry till golden in colour

Serve hot with chutney
