  2. 1onion
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1hoho
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. to tasteOil and salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare your ingredients by chopping them up

    Add oil in your pan and fry the onions

    Add garlic and fry till fragnant

    Add tomatoes and cook till soft

    Add firigisi/ gizzard and cook till almost done

    Add maini/liver since it cooks fast till done

    Add hoho and remove from heat and serve immediately
