Ingredients

  1. 7Chicken leg
  2. 1 cupHung curd
  3. 1 tspnGinger and garlic paste
  4. 3 tspnBesan flour
  5. 3 tspnLemon juice
  6. 2 tspnKashmiri chilli powder
  7. 1 tspnCoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tspnPepper
  9. 3/4 tspRoasted Cumin powder
  10. 1/4 tspnRoasted ajwin powder
  11. 1/2 tspnGaram masala
  12. 1 tspnKasuri methi crushed
  13. Butter for brushing
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. To sprinkle :
  16. Black salt
  17. Chat masala
  18. Lemon juice

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl. Add curd, masalas, lemon juice,, besan flour,salt and mix well. Make a slot in chicken leg. Apply the masalas well and marinate for whole night or 3 hrs.

    Preheat oven at 200°c for 10 min. Prepare the baking tray and place the chicken. Grill at 230°c for 30 minutes. Flip the chicken in
    between and brush some butter.

    Serve hot with onion salad, green chutney.
