Quick week night tasty healthy chicken and asparagus

Wash and chop your asparagus and chicken ready. In a wok or pan fry garlic gently with lemon zest for a couple of minutes on medium heat. Add chicken and cook on medium high, constantly stirring for about 6-7 mins

Add asparagus, salt and pepper, cook on medium high for 5-6 mins, remove garlic before serving, squeeze lemon all over. Enjoy :)
