Ingredients

  • 4potatoes
  • 2 cuponion puree
  • 3 cuptomato puree
  • 1 tspginger, garlic paste
  • leavesSome coriander
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker heat oil add cumin seeds add onion puree, ginger, garlic paste cook it till them brown.

  2. 2

    Now add tomato puree cook again for 5 min after add all spices mix it after 4-5 min add potatoes mix well.

  3. 3

    Cook for two whistle.

  4. 4

    Serve with chapati.
