Steps

Take a big bowl and add curd,Salt,black pepper,black salt,garam masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, kasoori methi, pudina powder.2 spoon of malted butter.cream,turmaric power.mix it well

Now wash chap in hot water and cut into small pieces.

Add these pieces in batter and mix it well. Marinate it for 2 hours.

Now put chap pieces into wooden stick and roast it directly on flame till it get black spots.

Now take out pieces from stick and keep it in a big bowl.

Now add chopped Onion,cream, malted butter,salt,chat masala and mix it well

Yummy soya chap ready to serve.
