  • 100 gramsSamo rice
  • 1-2 tbspDesi ghee
  • as neededSugar
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take desi ghee in cooker.

  2. 2

    Now fry the samo rice until it is brown.

  3. 3

    Then add 2-2.5 glasses water.

  4. 4

    Then add sugar as per your taste.

  5. 5

    Then boil it till the samo rice is mix well.

  6. 6

    Your delicious samo rice is ready.
