In a pan add 1cup water roughly chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic, cashews, cardamom and cloves.. cook till tomatoes get soft cool it down and grind it to paste with the water dont discard the boiled water

In a pan add butter and oil dein add bay leaf add chopped onions cook till transluscent dein add the paste and all dry masala powder and cook in low flame till oil seperates

Dein add paneer and water as required and cook for 5min dein add coriander and fenugreek mix it dein switch off the flame add cream and serve it
