  • 1/2 ltrmilk
  • 100 gmspoha
  • 100 gmssugar
  • Somedry fruits
  • 1/2 tspelachi powder
  • 3 tbspghee
  • 1Bay leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk

    Fry poha with ghee for 20 mins in low flame.

    Add this fried poha to milk and cook another 10 mins,add bayleaf, elaichi powder and sugar and it's done.
