Firstly, in a big mixing bowl, take semolina, salt, sugar, curd, oil and milk. Mix everything well and keep aside for 15 minutes.

After that, add in the baking powder, baking soda and tutti fruity. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into the greased cake tin. Tap it twice.

Bake it in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 180°c.

Let it cool down completely. Then demould the cake, cut into slices and serve.
