Ingredients

  • 2 cupbesan
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 4 tbspchopped dryfruits
  • 1 cupdesi ghee
  • 1.1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a wok add besan and roast it.

  2. 2

    Put water and sugar in a pan make a chasni

  3. 3

    Add cardamom powder,roasted besan and chopped dry fruits in sugar syrup mix well

  4. 4

    Grease oil in a tray spread this mixture set it for 2 hours.

  5. 5

    Cut into pieces garnish with chopped dry fruits.
