In a bowl put liver, add soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, chillies, black pepper and mix well and let it rest for 20-30mins

Chop onions, tomatoes and coriander separately within that period and put a side

In a sufuria put the liver and let Cook under low heat for about 10minutes

Add some cooking oil and let it fry for about 3-5minutes

Add tomatoes and onions and let it cook for about 4 minutes till the tomatoes form a paste
- 6
Add coriander-mix well and switch of the source of heat
- 7
It's ready to serve!!!
