White sesame cup cakes with dried black currants

#eggless
Most of the time I always bake eggless cake and pudding because my husband is vegetarian. He loves to have desserts.
It may be noted that if prepared in the correct way, eggless cakes may have the same fluffiness and same softness of that prepared with eggs. I was able to successfully bake it as per my desire.
