Ingredients

  1. R1 bag of omaine Lettuce blend (no iceberg lettuce)
  2. Vegatables:
  3. Tomato’s, avocados, cucumbers
  4. Fruit:
  5. Blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, rasberries

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash Lettuce and pat dry with paper towel. Put in bowl

  2. 2

    Dice veggies and add to bowl of lettuce

  3. 3

    Chop cantaloupe and add all fruit to salad bowl and mix. Enjoy!

Alkaline none hybrid foods has a PH of 7.1 and above and none alkaline hybrid foods has a PH of 6.9 and below. This Low PH causes the body to be acidic and full of mucous, thereby creating dis-ease/diseases.
