Clean and peel potatoes

Cut the potatoes into smaller chunks

Boil in water for about 15 minutes

To check if it’s done. use a fork and see if it’s easy to poke through.

Remove water from the pot. Add in 50g of butter.

Mix with electric beaters, slowly blend milk into potatoes until smooth and creamy. And, Voila!

For tomato eggs, pan fried the eggs into 70% cooked, put it aside.

Slice few tomatoes and also gently fry them until soft.

Put back the 70% cooked egg back to the pan and heat with tomatoes until done.

Serve!
