Soak the soyabeans over night,wash and romove the dirts n sand

Grind the beans (commercial grinding machine i used)

After grinding add water to the paste it should be watery, strain it out, put milk in a pot and boil for like 10 mins, if it foams sprinkles water😛 add in ur lime water or vinegar, the tofu will start cuddling/form.

Bring it down and let it cool

Place a cheesecloth in a bowl or over the sink, pour the tofu in carefully, fold the cheesecloth over and press out as much🤗🤗 add tray on top and place a heavy object and allow it to set for hrs

Cut the tofu into desired sizes and season with some salt, maggi and pepper. Deep fry until golden brown.. i served mine with cabbage sauce
