Ingredients

  • 1 cupblack chana
  • 1 cupgrated tomato
  • 2chopped onion
  • 1green chilli
  • 2 tspgreen coriander
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspchana masala
  • Pinchhing
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soaked the chana for 8 hours.

  2. 2

    Add soaked chana in cooker and boiled it.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok add chopped onion and saute it.

  4. 4

    Add grated tomato and spices and saute till leave the oil.

  5. 5

    Now add boiled chane and cook on low flame for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve hot with puri.
