1 cupbesan
1/2 cupmaida
as per tasteSalt
1Green chilli
1/4 tea spoonred chilli powder
1small tomato (optional) chopped
1small onion finely chopped
2 spoonGreen coriander chopped
2 table spoonOil
1/2 spoonbaking powder
as requiredWater

Mix all the above ingredients and make a thin batter.In a hot pan spread the batter cover it for 3 min.then flip to the other side and cook it

Your vegetarian omlatte is ready Serve it with bread and green chutney
