Ingredients

  • 3large bell peppers
  • 1/4onion
  • 2 tablespoonsgarlic
  • 1 canblack beans
  • 1 tablespooncumin
  • 1 tablespoonchili powder
  • 1 teaspooncayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • 1small tomato diced
  • 1 cupshredded cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown meat in pan.

  2. 2

    Sauté onions and garlic in butter

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients except bell peppers and 1/2 cup cheese into one pan and mix until warm.

  4. 4

    Put mix into the bell peppers and cover with cheese.

  5. 5

    Place into 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bell peppers are darker and wrinkled.

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
