Add eggs, sugar, and sour cream/yogurt to a bowl and mix

Drizzle oil and combine

Add lemon extract and zest

Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the mix

Stir and put batter to a prepared pan

Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes until toothpick cones out clean
