Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a pan and add butter, letting it melt. Then add the chicken and cover the pan. Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.

In a blender, pour the corn kernels, spinach, and sour cream. Blend and season with a little pepper.

Once the chicken is ready, pour the cream over it and cook for 10 minutes.

Finally, for plating, lay a bed of spinach and serve with white rice. Place the chicken on top and drizzle with more cream.
