First we prepare to rabdi so take a heavy bottom pan add milk in pan on flame continues stir the milk when milk became half quantity add condensed milk chop nuts and saffron Cardamom and cook until rabdi get thick consistency. Now switch off the flame.

Now cool down the rabdi at room temperature keep in fridge about 1/2hour.

Take bread slices cut round disc by glass/katori. Cut all bread.

Take a mixing bowl add mawa, sugar powder and chop nuts mix well take bread disc spread mawa mixture on bread cover with another bread.make all sandwich like that keep aside.

Now take serving bowl set bread sandwich disc on bowl base soak with some sweet milk/ sugar syrup now spread thick rabdi now garnish with almond pistachios slice chill in fridge about 2 hour.
