Ingredients

1 bowlcooked rice
1 bowlfried veggies (your choice)
1onion sliced and fried
2potatoes cubed and fried
1bay leaf
As required oil
As required salt
1/2 tspgaram masala

Heat oil add bay leaf then add veggies and potatoes adjust salt and red chilli powder
2

Then add boiled rice
3

Finally add fried onions and garam masala
4

Serve hot with raita.
