Ingredients

5 servings
  1. Rice
  2. Seasoning (mr cheff chicken)
  3. Veggies(carrot, peas, spring onions, cabbage, perper, red bell)
  4. Garlic, ginger, onions, veg oil
  5. Spices (combined spice by me) thyme
  6. Flour (thickener for the sauce)
  7. Peak milk

Steps

    Perboil ur rice almost done and drain. Keep aside.

  2. 2

    Cut ur carrots in julienne, Dice ur veggies. Now use a wok heat some oil add onions, garlic, ginger sauté then add spices, add the Perboiled rice, stir fry for like 5min, add seasoning, very little water and cover to simmer, add the Veggies, ghana perper, allow to simmer again. And is ready.

    Mackerel fish sauce, cut the fish wash and dry then season and spice it keep aside

    Heat little oil, fry the fish both sides and remove and keep aside

  5. 5

    Add onions, garlic, ginger, spices and add the diced tomatoes, perper, tatase, shombo, and stir fry, add little water to have a sauce and add seasoning, add your liquid milk, thickener, put back the fish and cover to simmer, add the cabbage, spring onions, green bell perper or any veggies of your choice. After a while put off the heat and ur sauce is ready.
