Wash the cucumber well and cut into smaller sizes. Add in the blender. Add the washed mint leaves, sugar and peeled fresh ginger. Add a cup of cold water. Process till smooth. Using a chiffon cloth sieve and pour in glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
