Fried Udon Noodles Fried Udon Noodles
In a certain famous Okonomiyaki restaurant, they add dried bonito flakes to their griddle-fried udon noodles and I copied that idea for this.Just adding dried bonito flakes enriches the flavor!Use leftover vegetables in the fridge such as cabbage and carrots. Some vegetables give out water, so adjust the amount of seasoning if the taste is still thin and light after adding the Japanese worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. I was chosen to become a tester for a certain bottled mentsuyu noodle sauce brand. It was so delicious that I tried it in a donburi rice ball recipe that I make all the time, and it improved and rounded out the flavor quite a bit. Of course you can make this with any mentsuyu sauce. For 3 servings. Recipe by Nanaiku cookpad.japan -

Easy Soy Milk Udon Easy Soy Milk Udon
I quickly made this dish since I didn't have any soup for my meal. I made it into a recipe because the combination of sesame oil and black pepper was just amazing. The soy milk will start to form a skin once it reaches 80℃ so be careful not to heat it up too much.I think the amount of chicken bouillon and soy milk can be adjusted according to your taste, but I found it good to make the chicken stock soup a tad salty.
