In a pan heat 2 tspn ghee, put 1 tspn mustard then rawa and saute it for 3 to 4 mins then switch off flame

In a mixing bowl take sauted rawa and add 1 cup curd, grated carrot and boiled peas, salt sugar and mix well

Add water to make partial thin batter and keep mixture for some time

After 10 minutes mix again excess water will be absorbed then add Eno and mix again

Make mould ready by greasing ghee

Put two spoon batter in mould and fill all cavities

Cook these idlis in a idli steamer or pan for 15 minutes super soft healthy rawa idlis are ready
