Onions (grated)
Peppersoup spices

Palm oil

Wash ur meat properly and set aside.

In a pot, add ur water,peppersoup spices,crayfish,Scent leaf,dry pepper,salt and very little palm oil and bring to a boil to incorporate all d spices together.

Add ur meat and cook till tender.
