Ingredients

  • 2 cupssewai
  • 1 cupChopped onion
  • 1 cup Tomatoes chopped
  • 4-5Green chilles
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 31/2 cup water
  • 1 tspCoriander leaves
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1 tsp Curry leaves
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil heat it add oil heat it add Cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato fry it nicely and turmeric powder add water boil nicely.

  2. 2

    After boiling water add salt,sugar coriander leaves mix it add sevai boil it nicely and after that switch off gas after that leave it 5.

  3. 3

    Serve it hot with Ghee.
