Ingredients

  • For the mousse
  • 1 poundstrawberries, cleaned and well disinfected
  • 1 cansweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package (6.7 oz)cream cheese
  • 2 packetsunflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 cupcold water
  • For the gelatin
  • 1large box strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cupshot water
  • 1 cupcold water

    For the mousse. Place the drained strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, and cream cheese in a blender. Blend very well on high speed.

    In the 1/3 cup of water, add the gelatin and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Then microwave in 10-second intervals until liquid, and add it to the blender.

    Pour into a previously greased mold and refrigerate for one hour until set.

    Prepare the strawberry gelatin. In two cups of boiling water, add the gelatin powder, stir vigorously, and add the cup of cold water. Let it cool completely, which is the time it takes for the mousse to set.

    Once the mousse is set, carefully add the gelatin and refrigerate again for about two hours until the gelatin is fully set.
