Ingredients

1 poundchicken breast fillets
4 clovesgarlic, finely crushed
2 teaspoonstawook spice
0.5 teaspoonwhite pepper
0.5 teaspoonblack pepper
1 tablespoonpaprika
1bouillon cube
2 teaspoonstomato paste
1 teaspoonketchup
0.25 cupoil
1 teaspoonsoy sauce (optional)

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.

Mix all the ingredients together well, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours or until the next day.

Skewer the tawook pieces and grill over charcoal.
