Making masala paste. In a grinder take all the ingredients chopped onion, tomato, ginger, garlic,cloves, green chilli, peas, cinnamon, cashewnuts,coriander leaves and coriander seeds.

Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste

No need to add to water grind until no small bits of cashews remain in the paste.

Heat oil and add cumin seeds and add masala paste cook masala paste until the oil separates from the paste.

Add all fried spice powder. Red chilli,turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder stir well.

Add water and salt cook for 10-12 mins then add some water and simmer
- 7
Add the paneer cubes simmer for 1-2 mints on low flame also add sugar just before adding paneer cubes.

Garnish matar paneer with coriander leaves.

Serve matar paneer with Roti, naan, rice
